Andrew Junikiewicz, CPA, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in benefits, tax and finance to his role as Corporate Benefit Advisor to MLG Consulting.  Andy helps small and mid-sized companies, ranging from 10 – 3,500 employees, provide benefit and education options for their employees while watching the companies’ bottom line.

Andy has been in the insurance field since 2000, managing an independent insurance agency responsible for hiring and training independent sales agents in addition to managing and growing a customer base.  From 2012 – 2016, he stepped away from the day to day operations of his insurance practice to become the Vice President of Finance and Administration at ABC Medical.  At ABC Medical, he oversaw the finance and human resource operations from inception until the company was acquired.

In addition, he has been an Adjunct Professor since 2009 in the Accounting Department of numerous universities throughout the Philadelphia region. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Andy spent six years in public accounting, as a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from Albright College and received his Masters of Science in Taxation from Villanova University.

Andy and his family reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia.  He is an active member of the community and is a member of several non-profit organization boards.  He loves watching his children play basketball and run track.
