Carlos Rul-lan has been an insurance professional with over 30 years of experience, servicing small and mid-sized business owners and specializing in level funded health plans.

With our relationships Carlos is able to offer small and mid-sized business owners’ options they historically do not see from insurance brokers such as level funded plans.  Level funded plans can combine the cost savings and customization of a self-funded plan with the predictability of a fully insured health plan.

Carlos lives in the Greater Philadelphia area and is a passionate soccer fan. He also volunteers as a soccer coach for schools and traveling teams.
